34 Using your ViasatHD box
Notes
It is important that, while you are configuring your box for a SatCR (Satellite Channel Router)
installation, any other installed boxes (on the same SatCR LNB) must be disconnected from the mains
power supply, and must be assigned to a different User Band (UB) number.
If you change these settings you must then test the incoming signal, by selecting ‘Signal Test’ from the
main Settings menu (see page 26).
Scart Setup
You use this screen to choose the type of video signal that is output on the TV Scart and
output on the AUX Scart (marked TV SCART and AUX. SCART on your box’s rear panel).
Select the TV Scart Output you want (RGB, Composite or S-VIDEO)
Select the AUX Scart Output you want (Composite or S-VIDEO)
Note
If you select RGB for the TV Scart Output, you cannot choose S-VIDEO for the AUX Scart Output.
Resolution Setup
You can use this screen to choose the video resolution that is output from your box’s
HDMI connector (only if an HD TV is connected).
Select the resolution you want (720p, 1080i or 576p)
Note
After you press blue, your box temporarily changes the resolution. You must confirm the change
within 30 seconds. Highlight APPLY or CANCEL then press OK.
