Text selection gestures are available in any editable text field—that is, any field or screen where
you can insert a cursor.
Place the cursor in a text
field: Tap the location.
Move the cursor: Insert the
cursor. Press and hold
Option . Place your finger
anywhere onscreen and drag
in any direction.
