10.1 F-ROM Backup (P13_EPWT)
Data registers of 32765 words can be written to the built-in F-ROM of the FPΣ CPU using the
instruction P13_EPWT.
Writing can be performed up to 10000 times. After that, the correct operation cannot be
guaranteed.
If the power supply turns off while the instruction P13_EPWT is being executed or during
online editing, data in the hold area may be lost.
