Making Calls
Auto Talk
The auto talk feature allows you to answer a call by lifting the handset off the base unit without
pressing . The factory preset is OFF. In order to view Caller ID information before answering a
call, leave the auto talk feature OFF.
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 12), and the unit is in the standby mode.
1 Press .
2 Press or until the arrow points

”, then press .

You can exit the programming mode any time

To store a redial number into
the phonebook
1 Press .

The last number dialled is displayed.
2 Press or until the arrow points
to the phone number you desire to store,
then press .

Storing a Dialled Number into the Phonebook
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 12), and the unit is in the standby mode.
To store an entered number
into the phonebook
1 Enter a phone number.

The entered number is displayed.
•
If you misdial, press . Digits are
erased from the right.
•
To cancel, press and hold or press
.
2 Press .
