E1 The initialization was tried, but it could not be done. 1. Check the peripheral circuit of Flash Memory visually.
2. Confirm that the voltage is added to the power supply pin.
If no voltage is detected, replace the Flash Memory because it
might be defect.
3. Solder the Flash Memory again.

When the adjustment data was checked, an error was
detected. (The adjustment data may not be written.)
