Tips
Upon completion of baking
Can bread and dough
be kept frozen?
Bread
Cut it into thin pieces, wrap them with a plastic wrap one by
one and keep them frozen. The bread will taste better if you
freeze it as soon as possible when newly baked.

The bread's flavor will last while frozen for about 1 month.
Plain Bread Roll
Place formed and fermented dough in a tray, cover it with
plastic wrap and keep it frozen. After freezing, place it into a
plastic bag for storage.
Thaw at a temperature of 30 ~ 35 ˚C and coat with egg liquids
before baking.

If time is limited, coat with egg liquid when it is still frozen and
prolong the baking time by about 5 min.
Pizza
Wrap the rolled dough with plastic wrap and freeze it.
Place the ingredients when the dough is still frozen and then bake it.
Is instant dry yeast not
mixed during execution
of bread dough menu?
The instant dry yeast will work during separation, forming and secondary
fermentation as long as it is mixed into the dough.
The bread dough is
too soft.
Please reduce water amount by 5 ~ 10
