3. Use the large hex key (23) to screw the
short grub screw (25) into the upper of
the two holes in the baseplate (15) to
fasten the column tube (9).
Mounting the parallel guide
1. Slide the parallel guide (7) into the gui-
de slot of the baseplate (15).
The slot nuts underneath the wing
screws (16) must sit within the guide
slot.
2. Lightly tighten the wing screws (16).
Mounting the safety shield
1. Position the safety shield (5) at the lugs
on the motor unit (1).
2. Fasten the safety shield (5) from the
right and left using the two small Phil-
lips screws (20).
Mounting the lifting wheel
1. Place the cover (18) on the lifting wheel
(14).
2. Place the lifting wheel (14) and cover
(18) on the spindle of the motor unit
(1).
The hole in the lifting wheel (14) and
cover (18) must line up with the internal
thread of the spindle.
3. Fasten the lifting wheel (14) with the
large Phillips screw (19).
Mounting the clamping lever + crank
handle
1. Turn the clamping lever (10) to set the
height in the internal thread on the rear
side of the motor unit (1).
2. Place the crank handle (11) on the
spindle of the motor unit (1).
3. Fasten the crank handle (11) with the
small Phillips screw (22).
Positioning the cover on the column tube
1. Place the black cover (28) on the co-
lumn tube (9).
Fastening the tool to the workbench
1. Fasten the tool to the workbench with
4 carriage bolts (not included) running
through the 4 holes in the baseplate (15).

- Ensure that you have sufcient space
in which to work and that you do not
endanger other people.
- Before using the tool for the rst time,
all parts including the safety shield must
be properly mounted.
- Disconnect the mains plug before chan-
ging the setting on the device.
