6. Pre-use Checks
6.1 Operators pre-use checklist
WARNIN
Before you test and ths equpment, make sure that you
have read ths user manual
If the system fals a test, do not use the equpment The
Absorber must be checked by a traned engneer
omplete all tests pror to frst daly use, complete tests 5 to
12 before each clncal procedure

1 Inspect hoses, seals and power cables for
damage

1 The absorber must be attached to an anaesthetc machne, whch must be leak tested before the checks are carred out
2 The procedures detaled n sectons 62 to 66 must be carred out n the order lsted
