With this command, the 16 channels of the 16-bit input-data for slaves with succe-
sive addresses according to slave profile (S-7.3, S-7.4, S-7.5, S-7.A.8, S.A.9, S-
7.A.A) can be read

With this command, the 16 channels of the 16-bit input-data for slaves with succe-
