● Loosen screw 1.
● Shift needle thread scissor in accordance with requirement 1.
● Tighten screw 1.
● Loosen screw 2.
● Shift needle thread scissor frame 3 in accordance with requirement 2.
● Tighten screw 2.
14.20.02 Height and lengthwise positioning
Requirement
1. The needle thread scissor must be positioned as low as possible. However, it must in
no position be in contact with the work clamp. The clearance between the needle
thread scissor and the work clamp must be 0.5 mm.
2. When fully opened, the needle thread scissor must go directly towards the needle
thread and catch it securely.
