The PF message indicates an error in the peripherals of an
INTERBUS device. The first main line displays the error type
(PF), the second main line the segment and position of the
relevant device.
In the case of peripheral faults, the background color of the
display does not change to red, as data transmission on the
bus is not affected. The message remains on the display even
after the error has been eliminated and must be acknowl-
edged separately via the application program.
