4. With the aid of an assistant, pivot the windshield on
the top hinges until all four sides are evenly aligned
with the ROPS and the lower dash panel.
5. Torque the four hinge fasteners
q
to specification.
TORQUE
Tip-out Windshield Hinge Fasteners:
17 ft-lbs (23 Nm)
6. Rotate the windshield clockwise to secure to the
vehicle.
ROOF SERVICE
PRELIMINARY STEPS
1. If equipped, remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner
Service page 11.25.
2. If equipped, remove any electrical harnesses
attached to the roof.
REMOVAL
1. Remove the four T40 Torx fasteners

securing the
rear roof panel.
2. Remove the two T27 Torx fasteners

retaining the
front of the roof panel.
