Sharing Public Folders!
A public link can be used to share content in a shared folder. The files can be viewed or
downloaded. The public link is copied to your clipboard for pasting into a social media site or
email. You can also choose an App for sharing the link.!
To create a public share: !
1. Go to the File menu, find the folder to share. Slide the tab left to reveal the More and Delete
options.!
2. Select the More option.!

3. Select the Share option. A new menu appears. !
