Configures the time-out value for
Control, Bulk, and Interrupt transfers.

Configures the time-out value of the
Start Unit command for the USB mass
storage device.
Device power-
up delay
- Auto
- Manual
The maximum time the device will take
before it properly reports itself to the
Host Controller. Auto uses the
default value: for a Root port, it is 100
ms; for a Hub port, the delay is taken
from Hub descriptor.
If Manual is specified, the Device
power-up delay in second option will
display for users to configure the delay
time range.
