Control, Bulk, and Interrupt transfers.

Configures the time-out value of the
Start Unit command for the USB mass
storage device.
Device power-
up delay

The maximum time the device will take
before it properly reports itself to the
Host Controller. “Auto” uses the
default value: for a Root port, it is 100
ms; for a Hub port, the delay is taken
from Hub descriptor.
If “Manual” is specified, the “Device
power-up delay in second” option will
display for users to configure the delay
time range.
