3= Week 3
DST will start on day (P973) in the third
week (P974) of the month (P975).
4= Week 4
DST will start on day (P973) in the fourth
week (P974) of the month (P975).
5= Last (Default)
DST will start on day (P973) in the last week
(P974) of the month (P975).
