Amending or adding numbers to
Contacts
1) Via the Contacts menu:
• Press the Contacts key.
• Select a Contact to add the number
to; this can be speeded up by
selecting Search and then entering
the Contact’s initial letter(s).
• Select Edit detail.
• Add and/or modify information as
described above, pressing the key
to open and close each field.
• Finish as described above.
2) Adding a number taken from a call
that has been sent or received:
• Press the Call key and select the
number to be added.
• Select Add to contacts, then Add to
existing.
• Select a Contact to add the number
to, using the Search feature if
desired.
• Add a label for the number, if desired
(it will be necessary to scroll through
the number).
3) Adding a number taken from within a
text message that has been sent or
received:
• See “Using the content of a text
message” (p 53).
4) Adding a number entered on the
Home screen:
• As above, but select Add to existing
instead of New contact.
Deleting a Contact
• Press the Contacts key.
• Select a Contact, then Delete.
• Select Yes to confirm
Viewing the MP02’s own number
• Press the Contacts key.
• Select My number. (If no number is
shown, it can be added manually.)
• Press the End key or the key to
exit.
