Copying and moving Contacts
between the MP02’s memory and
the SIM card
Contact files can be stored in the MP02’s
memory, on the SIM card, or both. If
both, the Contact will appear in duplicate
in the Contacts list. (The copied version
will be listed below the original.) Any
subsequent modification to/deletion of
one of the entries will not be replicated in
the other.
Information from a Contact file can be
copied (original left unchanged where it
is) or moved (original is deleted)
between the MP02’s memory and the
SIM card. The SIM card can only store a
Contact’s name and phone number; if a
Contact is moved to it, all other
information will be lost. The direction
that a Contact file is copied or moved is
automatically defined by where the
original file is located.
