Rate
Controller
Use the Rate
Controller window
to select a rate
controller for set-
up.
At a minimum, the main tank controller must be set. If the
sprayer is equipped with a direct injection system, enter
the rate controller settings for each direction injection
tank.
Available options are:
• M.Main - The main tank
• Inj#1 - The first direct injection tank
• Inj#2 - The second direction injection tank
• Inj#3 - The third direct injection tank
• Inj#4 - The fourth direct injection tank
Control
Type
The Control Type
window is a read-
only window that
describes the
selected rate
controller.
The window indicates one of two control types:
•Liquid - The main tank
• Injection - A direct injection tank
Rate 1 and
Rate 2
For all valve types,
use the Rate 1
window and the
Rate 2 window to
set two different
application rates for
the controller.
On the run screens, use the Controller N Rate to toggle
between the two rates.
Press the Rate 1 or Rate 2 fields to access the keypad.
Enter the desired value.
Note: When the main tank is selected in the Rate
Controller window, the units of measurement are liters per
hectare or gallons per acre. When an injection tank is
selected in the Rate Controller window, the units of
measurement are liters per hectare or ounces per acre.
Valve Cal 1
Use the Valve Cal 1
window to set the
rate change and low
rate stability
calibration. This
value is based on
injection pump size
and the PWM valve
type.
Press the Valve Cal 1 window to access the keypad.
Enter a value of 123 for 5-200 oz/min injection pumps.
