completing successfully, a Calibration Fail pop-up message displays. Resolve the error condition and restart the
calibration process. Restart the calibration process by acknowledging the pop-up message on the display and
restarting the product flow.
10. Check the pump calibrator plunger on the injection pump.

a. If the black ring on the calibrator plunder is below the horizontal markings on the pump calibrator cover,
increase the flow meter calibration value by 1% and press Update Cal to save the new value. Repeat the
calibration procedure with the new value.
b. If the black ring on the calibrator plunger is above the horizontal markings on the pump calibrator cover,
decrease the flow meter calibration value by 1% and press Update Cal to save the new value. Repeat the
calibration procedure with the new value.
c. If the black ring on the calibrator plunger is between the horizontal markings on the pump calibrator
cover, the current flowmeter calibration value is appropriate.
