What does a SmartCard error mean on Respironics Medical Equipment?
A SmartCard error on your Respironics Medical Equipment means the SmartCard is not inserted properly. It may be inserted upside down or backwards. Remove the SmartCard and reinsert it so that the printed side of the card is facing up and the end with the arrow goes into the device first.
