Replacing the Maintenance Kit
• When replacing the maintenance kit, turn the main power switch off and wait at least 30 minutes
before proceeding with the replacement.
• The inside of the machine could be very hot. Do not touch the parts with a label indicating the
"hot surface". Otherwise, an injury might occur.
Replace the maintenance kit if the following message appears on the display:
"Replacmnt Rqrd:Fusing Unit"
When the following message appears on the display, the maintenance kit should be replaced soon. Prepare
a new maintenance kit.
"Repl Requrd Soon:FusingUnit"
