Limiting Available Functions
To prevent unauthorized operation, you can specify who is allowed to access each of the machine's
functions.
Specify the available functions from the Copier, Printer, Document Server, and Scanner functions.
Available Functions
Copier

Specifying Which Functions are Available
This can be specified by the user administrator. For details about logging in and logging out with
administrator authentication, see p.30 "Logging in Using Administrator Authentication" and p.32 "Logging
out Using Administrator Authentication".
Specify which functions will be available to users registered in the Address Book when they log in to the
machine.
1. Press the [User Tools] key.
2. Press [System Settings].
