MOTOR/PULSE GENERATOR FAULT
Error: An error message indicating a motor/pulse generator fault is displayed on the
circuit board. The system cannot be operated for this reason
Troubleshooting:
The pulse error message is not automatically reset; the error message must be
manually confirmed/reset.
1. Is the system is blocked, e.g. the roller shutters are tangled, objects are in the
way, etc.? If not, please continue to point 2.
If yes, remove the blockage
2. Check the distribution box: Is there water in the distribution box?
Are terminal points disconnected?
If not, continue to point 3.
If yes, remove the water, connect the terminal points, refill box with Raytech gel if
necessary.
3. Read and make note of error messages on the circuit board, then perform reset
Switch off the transformer mains switch for at least 10 seconds; this will confirm all
errors!
4. Has the error been corrected?
If yes, check that the system works by running ‘AUF’ (OPEN) and
‘ZU’ (CLOSED)
