NOTE
A good practice to assist in troubleshooting is to turn all of the jumpers to the
“on” position on the furthest transmitter on the bus while leaving the jumpers
on all the other transmitters in the “off” position. This guarantees that the bus
is not terminated at more than one point, and that only one transmitter has the
pull-up/pull-down jumpers on.
• The transmitter turnaround time may require adjustment (see page 4-7)
to make sure the Modbus host receives all transmitted data.
