1. Click on the checkbox next to Cyrillic in the Language
settings for the system.
2. You must click Set Default to confirm your language
selection.
3. A small confirmation window appears. Select a Cyrillic
compatible locale from the drop down menu such as Azeri,
Serbian, or Uzbek and then click OK.
4. Select a Cyrillic compatible locale from the “Your locale”
drop down menu such as Azeri, Serbian, or Uzbek.
5. Click OK to confirm the Regional Options Settings. You may
be required to insert your Windows 2000 (and above)
installation CD to install additional files and to restart your PC.
Repeat STEP 1 and you will now be able to select Russian
from the language list.
