fusingandpressurerollersystem.
Thedrum-fuserbeltismadeof3thinlayersthatcanbeheatedbythehalogenlampinsidemorequickly.Thepressureroller
aremadeofsoftsiliconerubber,whichattenslightly,increasingthefusingnip.Thedrum-fuserbeltcontains2fusinglamps.
Onelamp,centerheatinglamp,heatsthecenterandtheotherlamp,sideheatinglamp,heatstheendsintheaxialdirection.
NCsensors(non-contacttypethermistors)islocatedinthefrontareaofthedrum-fuserbeltandcontrolsthetemperature.One
NTCthermistorandtwothermostatsarelocatedatthecenterandside.Theyprotectsthefusingsystemfromoverheating.
Temperatureisnormallycontrolledbyturningonandoffthecenterheatinglampandsideheatinglamp,respectively,
correspondingtopredeterminedtargettemperatures.
