TheLaserScanningUnit(LSU)consistsofonepolygonmotorandoneLD(LaserDiode),andformsalatentimageonthe
surfaceofOPCdrum.Forthisprocess,thereisaC-DOElens,F-ThetaLens,reectivemirror(thatchangeslaserbeam
path),thecoverglassforprotectingtheLSUfromcontamination.Also,LDPBAislocatedtothefrontforinterface.
ThePDsensorlocatedinLDPBAdetectsthescanningstartlineandgeneratesthehorizontalsyncsignal(Hsync).
