Step 4 (Comp single product operation failure)
① Inspect rotating failure by Comp Coil cutting
wire
- Check U(BLU), V(PRP), W(BLK) order
Measure U-V, V-W, U-W resistance.
Normal : 11~12 Ω
Failure: Open ∞ Ω
Step 5 (Comp Relay failure)
① Inspect power supplying line Comp operation
condition Normal: AC 100~125 V
- Failure: AC voltage non applying(Inspect
power line)
② Inspect Comp OLP(Over Load Protection)
- Normal: Electro 0~1 Ω
- Failure: Open ∞ Ω
Step 6 (Gas Leak failure)
① If Comp Working Comp-dome & Pipe-
Condenser temperature is not high,
it is failure of as Leak & Clogged repair
Cycle Shield system
Step 4 (In the case of C-Fan failure)
① When C-Fan operation or “FG” Signal failure,
Comp stops after 60 min..
※ Must check “FG” failure through self
diagnosis test even the Fan is rotating.
