6.1 - SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
(USER)
• DO NOT:
use water jets to clean the machine;
use detergents containing alcohol,
ammonia or abrasive sponges to
clean the machine; USE only specic
detergents for coffee machines or
dishwashers.
Chemical detergents used to clean the
machine and/or system must be used
with care to prevent wear of the compo-
nents and damage to the environment
(biodegradability above 90%).
Clean all parts and components of the
machine fully.
Cleaning and maintenance to be per-
formed by the user must not be done
by children without supervision.
This includes all operations to be performed on the
machine daily at the end of operation.
HAZARD
Maintenance operations must be per-
formed with the machine off and cold and
with the main switch set to “0” “OFF”.
Specific operations that must be per-
formed with the machine on must be per-
formed very carefully.
IMPORTANT
Rejuvenation or maintenance work on the
decalcied must be performed according
to the instructions in the relevant manual.
6.1.a - Unit automatic washing
(Fig. 1-2)
IMPORTANT
Unit automatic washing is performed when
the coffee machine is still operating:
• Releasethelterholderandemptyit.
• Removelter(1)andinserttheblindlter(2);pour
coffeemachinedetergentintotheblindlter;asfor
the quantity, follow the instructions on detergent
package.
• Pressbutton(1)and(3)oftheunitatthesametime;
the washing cycle will start automatically and the
LEDsofbuttons(1)and(3)willash.
• Attheendofwashing,theLEDsofbuttons(1)and
(3)turnoff.
