9-7 Low Frequency Modulation
Do not apply voltage in excess of input level amount. When not using Low Fre-
quency modulation, be sure to cap the terminals, so that deterioration of the termi-
nals does not occur.
In the low frequency modulation, the current driver to drive LD is controlled by external input
voltage. The current driver to drive the LD is given current limitation by hardware limit circuit,
and thereby is protected against excessive injection current.
Make sure that the power between TSL-210 and signal source is shut off in advance, and con-
nect the cable to input modulation signal. Turn on power to the mainframe TSL-210 and the
frequency generator external modulator.
This is an AIF connector on the rear panel looking from the front.
Turn ON the LD key to change current to LD. Activate ACC mode, if it is not already acti-
vated. (Press ACC as shown below.)
