Performance was decreased by enhancements
made in version R130.
Correct Unsolicited Write statistics in the Local
database region so that failure categories are
updated correctly instead of remaining 0.
SEL-2020-R130-V0-D991222 Add TIME_SRC setting for selection of time
synchronization source.
Correct problem that caused inaccuracy in DNP
time synchronization (problem in versions R108
and R109 only)

The first line is an FID number. The following is an example FID with the Part/Revision number
in bold:
