5. The SEL-2020 is now collecting meter data from the two relays. The items of interest are
being copied to the Port 16 user region every half second. You can now access this data via
Modbus. For this example, we will read the data using function code 03 from address
F800h. (Section 9: Database shows that the User region starts at address F800h.) The data
could also be read using function code 04 from address 2400 (0960h). To read the data, send
