For best results, use only paper recommended by SHARP.

Labels must be set face up in the manual feed tray.
●
Do not use 8-1/2" x 11"R (A4R) paper in the manual feed tray because it will be
regarded as A4R (8-1/2" x 11"R) paper, causing a misfeed.
●
In certain regions, 8-1/2" x 11" is indicated as 216 mm x 279 mm and/or 216 mm x 330
mm (8-1/2" x 13") size paper can be used additionally in paper trays 1 to 3.

Loading copy paper
“OPEN TRAY AND ADD PAPER.” will be displayed when there is no copy paper in a
selected paper feed station.
When a selected paper tray is not installed or is improperly installed, “PUSH PAPER
TRAY INTO THE MACHINE UNTIL IT LATCHES.” will be displayed. Install it or
push it back firmly into place.
The copy paper size for paper trays 1 to 3 will be set by Sharp service personnel
according to your request when you purchase the copier. If a different paper size setting
is required, contact your authorised Sharp Service Centre.
Paper trays 1 to 3 can be set to five different paper sizes: A4, A4R, B4, A3 and 8-1/2" x
11" (8-1/2" x 11", 8-1/2" x 11"R, 8-1/2" x 14", 11" x 17" and A4.)
Paper tray 2 can also be set for A5 (5-1/2" x 8-1/2") paper.
