Calculates variance based on a sample.

Calculates variance based on a population.

WEEK(number)
Calculates the week day from a number. Sunday is

Calculates the probability of a Weibull distribution.
WINDOMEAN(data range, percent)
Calculates the mean taken by compensating a
percentage of data points from the top and bottom
tails of a data set.

Calculates the year corresponding to a number.
