Calculates variance based on a sample.
VARMO(value1, value2, ...)
Calculates variance based on a population.

WEEK(number)
Calculates the week day from a number. Sunday is

Calculates the probability of a Weibull distribution.

Calculates the mean taken by compensating a
percentage of data points from the top and bottom
tails of a data set.
