NOTE
After changing the baud rate, a restart is necessary. This is done either by a power
cycle, by selecting the corresponding button in SOPAS ET or with the “Reset communi‐
cation or “Reset node” NMT command.
Setting baud rate via display
1. Press the SET pushbutton until Menu appears in the display.
2. Press the SET pushbutton twice.

Display shows NodeID.
3.
Press the pushbutton.
✓
The display shows Baud.
4. Press the SET pushbutton.
✓
The set baud rate is displayed.
5.
If necessary, use the or pushbutton to change the baud rate.
6. Press the SET pushbutton until Baud is displayed again.
7. Exit the menu by pressing the ESC pushbutton three times.

Setting baud rate via SOPAS ET
1. Select the parameter page in the menu tree.

A dialog window opens in the main window.
2. Select the baud rate under the CANopen configuration grouping.
Setting baud rate via LSS
The following table shows an example of how to set the baud rate to 125kBd via
LSS (Table Index = D2 = 04h). For further details, see CiA 305 “CANopen layer setting
services (LSS) and protocols.”
