17 Accessories
Note:
Hygienic connection adapters may only be screwed on once. The tightening torque for
the connection adapter should be at least 15 Nm and no more than 25 Nm. Repeat-
ed opening can damage the gasket and therefore impair the hygienic properties. The
available adapters for hygienic applications are suitable for the LFP basic device with
threaded G ¾ A connection. Process connection gaskets are to be provided by the
customer.
If a leakage is detected at the leakage indication port of the hygienic adapter, the
process must be stopped immediately and the sensor must be replaced by new, intact
sensor.
