Function Description Type
Status of the service case
A status can be assigned to the service case, so
that it can have a varying status which reflects
the stage of the process.
The status can be changed as many times as is
required. The status also has absolutely no
effect in respect of changing other fields. Even
service cases that have been closed can be
changed at a later point.
New:
Created but not yet processed
Assigned:
The technician who is to provide
fault help has been determined.
Open: Additional procedures for fault
help cannot be determined.
Status
Closed: The fault help is complete
(whether in terms of fault
elimination or diagnosis) and
there is no additional fault help
to be carried out.

Service
engineer
An engineer can be assigned to the service
case, who must be a user from your own
organization with SINUMERIK Integrate access
privileges.
The technician can be changed as many times
as is required.
Note:
Changes to technicians and status are stored
jointly with the optional reason for the change in
the change history of the service case.

SELECTION
Requestor Access assignment to the requesting person.
Telephone
number
For questions relating to clarifying the fault, the
person who made original the request can leave
his/her telephone number.

Reason for
modification
Whenever the status is changed, the field
indicating the reason for editing is enabled, and
the text entered here is stored in the log history
with the status change.

Remote
access
A teleservice session can be established here if
the person who made the fault help request
requires teleservice, and has specified this on
the control.
Note:
The session ID is automatically transferred to
the operator panel of the control from which the
request for a teleservice session was submitted.
Manual entry at the panel is not necessary.
