Setting the conversion list for vCard
transfer
Phone numbers are usually specified as follows in e-
mail programs, such as, Microsoft Outlook: +49 (05251)
820776. The handset is unable to use this format, how-
ever, to dial the phone number. If the phone number
above is a local fixed network number, it is converted to
0820776, for instance, when dialled. The conversion
pairs are defined in the conversion table and can be
modified if they deviate from the default values.
Consult your system administrator about the conver-
sion rules that apply to your handset.

© Open the handset’s main menu.

[Select the menu icon and confirm.

st [ Select the menu item and confirm. The conversion ta-
ble is displayed. It is predefined for the country in ques-
tion and may be displayed in the following format:
o Change entry.
Press the up/down navigation key to navigate to another
input field; Press the left/right navigation key to move
the cursor within an input field.
Save setting.
Press the On-hook key to end the operation.
