If so, remove it. * The switching-device truck could be in an intermediate position. Try racking it to either the service or test position. * The spring energy store might not be charged. Wait for 15 seconds (if motor charging) or charge it manually. * The undervoltage release might not be energized. In this case, activate the undervoltage release.
