Reaction to gate start
Specifies whether the count value is set to the start value or continues with the current value
when the SW gate is opened. This action occurs each time the SW gate changes from closed
to open.
User program sets "Open SW Gate" high to open the software gate and enable counting.
Module sees the "Open SW Gate" command, opens the software gate, and sets the counter value to the start value.
User program sees "SW Gate Status" go high and an updated counter value.
