The PCIe Express Port is enabled.
The PCIe Express Port is disabled.

Maximum possible link speed.
The link speed is limited to GEN 1.
The link speed is limited to GEN 2.
The link speed is limited to GEN 3.
The link speed is limited to GEN 4.
The number of milliseconds reference code will wait for link to
exit Detect state for enabled ports before assuming there is no
device and potentially disabling the port.
The input range is from 0 to 65535.
