You always exit BIOS Setup in this menu.

Exit Saving Changes All changes are saved and the system is restarted with the new
parameters.
Exit Discarding Changes All changes are discarded and the system is restarted with the old
parameters.
Load Setup Defaults The default values are loaded.
Discard Changes All changes are discarded.
Save Changes All changes are saved
Standard The BIOS settings are backed up to buffered CMOS
User The BIOS settings are saved in the non-volatile
FLASH memory.

Manufacturer This setting is only used for production purposes. Do
not use.
