The chapter describes the installation of the stator core without cooling jacket in the spindle
housing.
Note
The procedure can be applied analogously to the installation of a cooling jacket provided
additionally by th
e customer.
The stator is connected with the spindle housing by warm shrinking.
There are several variants for joining the stator with the spindle housing.
Note
Perform the joining procedure without delay.
NOTICE
Damage to the winding and insulation due to improper installation
Incorrect installation of cast and impregnated rotors can cause damage to the winding and
insulation.
Use only such equipment and tools that guarantee installation without any damage.
Precondition
All personal protection equipment is available and is worn.
All production equipment, mounting tools and other equipment for installation are
available and ready for operation.
All preparatory work for the installation is completed.
