Procedure with Startdrive
To reset the safety function settings to the factory setting without changing the standard
settings, proceed as follows:
1. Go online.
2. Select "Commissioning".
3. Select "Backing up/reset".
4. Select "Safety parameters are reset".
5. Press the "Start" button.
6. Enter the password for the safety functions.
7. Confirm that the parameters have been saved (RAM to ROM).
8. Go offline.
9. Switch off the inverter supply voltage.
10.Wait until all LEDs on the inverter go dark.
11.Switch on the inverter supply voltage again.
You have restored the safety functions in the inverter to the factory settings.
Exception: The password for the safety functions is not reset.

Proceed as follows to restore the inverter safety functions to the factory settings:
1. p0010 = 30Set
Activate reset settings.
2. p9761 = …
Enter the password for the safety functions
3. Start the reset with p0970 = 5.
4. Wait until the inverter sets p0970 = 0.
5. Set p0971 = 1.
