ePS Network Services, Function Manual (FH) - Release 12/2008
4-167
Acknowledging jobs Performed tasks can be conveniently entered, for
example, entering the same tasks on several machines (as long as they have
not yet been acknowledged)
Deleting jobs (as long as they have not yet been opened or acknowledged)
In addition to the full filter selection options for selecting a machine as an individual
machine or an individual machine group, the status of maintenance jobs and the
organization responsible for the maintenance procedures can also be included in
the filter for the maintenance job display.
Note
In all views of the tree structure, the respective names from the machine master
data (as specified in the user organization) are used.
Each organization can change machine master data individually to suit its own
purposes. In this case, other organizations for which the same machine is
released cannot see these changes. Even the organization that releases the
machine cannot automatically see the modified machine master data of
organizations for which the machine is released.
Thus, a service organization that only has machines released to it cannot be
appointed to maintain the machine master data.
Overview according to individual machine
Calling via "Machine information Maintenance jobs" provides an overview of the
jobs for the currently selected single machine, without requiring an extra filter for
this machine.
This is also the information that the user sees on the control operator panel
(Maintenance services Maintenance jobs).
