The header indicates whether a filter is
enabled for the maintenance jobs shown in
the list, along with the filter conditions and
the number of filtered maintenance jobs.
DISPLAY
Number of lines The number in the display indicates the
number of lines per screen that can be
shown in this menu. You can select up to
200 lines. A scroll bar will then be displayed
on the screen.
DISPLAY
SELECTION
Open icon The schedule for a maintenance job can be
opened.
The display switches to the maintenance
schedule.
ACTION
Machine ID Display of the machine ID from the machine
master data, which differs for the same job
depending on whether the maintenance job
list is viewed from the point of view of any
given partner, or from your point of view
DISPLAY
Job number Unique, consecutive numbers for
maintenance jobs, which are automatically
generated by the system in order to avoid
misunderstandings in communication
DISPLAY
Icon
(circle with dot)
Icon generated automatically by the system
for the purpose of classifying the
maintenance job. The icons are assigned as
follows:
