Procedure
The figures show 22.5 mm devices. The 17.5 mm devices are removed correspondingly.

1 Unlock the device using a
screwdriver.
2 Pull the lower half of the
device away from the device
connector.
3 Unlock the device using a
screwdriver.
4 Pull the device away from the
device connector.
