cable shields.
♦ For chassis units (sizes ≥ E),
the shields can be additionally
connected using cable
connectors at the shield
connecting locations.
Cable connector
Serrated bar
Intermediate terminals
Connect serrated bars
at both ends to the
cabinet housing
through the largest
possible surface area!

Wherever possible, intermediate terminals should not be used as they
reduce the shielding effect!
