Mode of Operation
NON-CONTINUOUS - The Usc
an enforces non-continuous scanning to maintain safe user enclosure contact
temperatures. Non-continuous scanning is enforced as the enclosure temperature approaches 48°C.
Warning
After storage
at extreme temperatures, check the transducer surface temperature before applying to a
patient. A cold or hot surface may burn a patient.
Caution
Only operate, charge and store Uscan within the approved environmental parameters.

Output: 5.0V ±0.25V at 2.0A maximum current
The U
scan tablet display may also use the optional HP 18W AC power supply.

account for variations in acoustic speed of the body, which can vary significantly.
