Use this foot to insert piping into seams or edges of projects.
It can also be used to create piping by covering cord. The foot
has two grooves on the underside: use the left groove to insert

TO CREATE PIPING
1. Cut bias fabric strips wide enough to cover the cord, making
sure to include seam allowances in the measurement.

3. Place the cording on the wrong side of the fabric strip, then
wrap the fabric over the cord so the raw edges are even.
4. Place the fabric and cord under the piping foot, with the
cord in the groove on the underside of the foot.

2. Manually lead the thread from the needle through the
opening of the foot, then slip the thread under and behind
the foot.
